First: a cash framework. Map out your cash position month by month for 2026. Where will the gaps be? When are the big inventory orders? Plan for them now. Second: a return framework. Define what success looks like — not just revenue, but profit, owner pay, and time. Third: an action framework. Break your annual goals into 90-day sprints with specific, measurable milestones. Strategy without action is just a wish list. Build the plan, then work it.
