A couple of days ago, I wrote about catalysts for growth. Today I want to explore how people can step in as catalysts for our growth. In my early career, one man — the president of the company where I worked — saw something in me I didn’t see in myself and gave me opportunities that changed my trajectory.
We all need people like that. And we can be that for others. Especially in the women-led ecommerce space, where mentorship and genuine support are still too rare. When you see potential in someone — name it. Open a door. Make an introduction. Be the catalyst someone else needs. The ripple effect is real.
