For me, it’s my Five M practice and I’m convinced it gives me the strength to grow as an entrepreneur. The Five M’s: Mindset, Movement, Meditation, Making, and Motivation.

Mindset: journaling to clear the noise. Movement: some form of physical activity. Meditation: quiet, even just five minutes. Making: creating something — a painting, a plan, a note. Motivation: reading or listening to something that inspires. Not all five every day. But most days, most of them. How you start your day shapes how you show up for everything else. Build a morning that works for you and protect it like your best client relationship.
