Some days I wake up anxious and I have to work to get myself centered around what’s important to me and my business. I have a tapping practice (Emotional Freedom Technique) that grounds me. I also journal, take walks, and sometimes just paint.
Centering isn’t a luxury for entrepreneurs — it’s a performance practice. When you’re scattered, your decisions are scattered. When you’re grounded, you think more clearly, communicate better, and make smarter calls. Find what centers you and protect that practice the way you’d protect a key team meeting. It’s that important.
