Women Who Care
A few months ago, I got an email from a longtime team member asking for my OK to attend a supplier fair for an International Women's Day event for Walmart Associates as a representative of a bookskeep client.
Jessica, our team member, was excited about the opportunity to see the new Walmart headquarters and to represent a product and one of her clients that she loves.
Jessica lives close to the venue and she gets very involved with her clients.
She follows them on social, and shares their posts.
She has an enthusiasm that is contagious.
Most folks would not describe their accountant as enthusiastic.
I loved that our client thought of us as an extension of her team and even noted that Jess' personality would be perfect for this event.
Here are some pictures of Jessica having fun for a great client.

I am proud to have a team of mostly women that care so much about their clients.
Our team makes the effort to connect with clients on a human level.
The bookkeepers realize that, while AI is a great tool, it can't show support, enthusiasm, and understanding when you need it.
Right now, we all need a little extra support for the uncertainty in this world.
Having your financial team support you and care about you as a person is a reasonable expectation for the trust you place in us, because I know business is personal.
Does your business work for you this way?
Does your financial team feel like an extension of your business family?
If not, let’s talk about our Cash Accelerator program and how we can turn that around.
If you're a woman in ecommerce who wants support from other ecom women who get it, check out our WEB Circle and see if that connection is for you.
Schedule a call and let's see where we can support you and your business.
