Fuzzy eye glasses

When Things Get Fuzzy

April 28, 20252 min read

I've spent a frustrating two weeks with very scratched glasses.

Some type of coating on them has become crazed and it makes it difficult to see.

It was time for an eye doctor appointment so I got in and ordered new glasses.

They arrive today.

I've been thinking about how difficult it has been to go around with fuzzy vision and how I was motivated to solve that right away.

However, when things are fuzzy in our business, we just keep going and pretend it will all get better.

I know I have been guilty of this. As we offered our CFO program, I didn't put the work in to understand what our clients need.

We just used the jargon of the day and crafted a service that actually threw a lot of stuff at clients.

When I returned to work last year after a 4 month hiatus caring for my brother and family, I could see clearly it wasn't working.

A little distance gave me better clarity.

I was invited to participate in a master camp last year with one of my favorite humans, Brad Martineau of Six Division.

With his help, we brainstormed an offering that we felt really served the needs of our clients.

Over two days, we created and mapped out our Cash Flow Accelerator.

We had the tools and the expertise for years, but our offer wasn't tight and it didn't resonate with my market.

Now we are getting great interest and results working with ecommerce businesses that want to understand their cash and ensure that it works to create the life they want.

If you're ready to get that kind of clarity in your business and you want to create a business that works for you, hit reply and let's talk.

You can also schedule a free consultation here, before our slots for May are full.

I can't wait for my new glasses, and I can't wait to talk to you.
