Barometer

Joy as Your Barometer

September 26, 20251 min read

I've been in planning mode.

There are so many considerations: the growth plans for our businesses, factoring in economic uncertainty, the future of technology, what ecommerce and accounting might look like in the future, and how we are positioned to help our clients and team grow.

This morning I came across this quote from Yanik Silver, “Your greatest joy is your barometer for what you should be doing.”

I started to write in my journal about this idea.

And two words came together.

“Grow people!”

It is truly what I love to do.

I love to help people get clear on their goals.

And help them build their support systems so they can pursue those goals.

It's why I love interviewing my team to know what their dreams are for work.

And personally, it's why I love the coaching component of our Cash Accelerator.

What is your greatest joy?

How are you putting your joy to work today in your business?

Shoot me a reply and let me know. I'd love to hear what your dreams are.
