Refund Policy
Payments made to Your Profit Team cover the setup, scheduling, and advisory work reserved in our calendar. Once payment has been made and scheduling initiated, no refunds will be issued, including in cases where work cannot be completed due incomplete information provided by the client.
Service Delivery Policy
All services are delivered digitally via email, secure file sharing, or virtual meetings. Following acceptance of your agreement, you will receive a scheduling link to set your initial appointment. Quality of reports prepared for discussion at meetings depends on Your Profit Team receiving the appropriate access to your accounting software, banking data, and related financial systems.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of advisory and financial services, returns do not apply. However, if there is a concern with the timeliness or completeness of your deliverables, please contact our team immediately so we can work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your engagement at any time by sending an email to our team. Once cancellation notice is given, the next monthly invoice will be the final bill, and work will be completed for that billing period. Services will not continue beyond the final paid month.
In the event of termination, Your Profit Team will provide all completed work and any materials the client has paid for or provided during the course of the engagement.
